CABS Dragon Boat Team Delivers Stellar Performance at the 2026 Bay Area Dragon Boat Race

On June 6, 2026, under beautiful sunny skies, the annual Bay Area Dragon Boat Corporate Novice Race was grandly held at Leo J. Ryan Park in Foster City. This year’s festival featured 36 dragon boat teams from across the biotech, healthcare, and tech sectors facing off on the water, including our CABS team.

Guided by this year's core conviction”We thrive on challenges!" The CABS team demonstrated exceptional resilience and growth throughout the day.

From the morning heats to the afternoon finals, our paddlers continuously elevated their performance. With a more stable stroke rate, seamless synchronization, and an increasingly powerful final sprint, the team successfully improved their speed with every single race.

Our official results highlight this remarkable progression:

Heat 5 (Seeding Race): 1:51.616

Heat 9 (Semifinals): 1:49.716

Heat 16 (Division 5 Finals): 1:44.662

A Remarkable Progression: From the first race to the grand finale, the CABS team shaved nearly 7 seconds (a 6.2% improvement) off their time!
