As part of the regular governance process, the current Board of Directors is conducting an official vote to confirm board membership for the upcoming 3-year term. This year, Kate is standing for re-election as her current term has concluded, and John has volunteered to join the board for a new 3-year term. In accordance with board policy, current board members are the eligible voting group, and each voting member may cast up to two votes. Since the number of candidates matches the number of open board positions, this vote serves primarily as a formal vote of confidence and confirmation. We also would like to thank Carrie, Alan, and Wei for their service and contributions to the board as they conclude their terms and step down from board responsibilities.
